Edward H. Jaccoma, MD Dr. Jaccoma has over 20 years of experience in Ocular-facial Plastic Surgery. He is certified in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Medical Association, Maine Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and the New England Ophthalmology Society. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of New England College of Medicine. A graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut, Dr. Jaccoma received his medical degree from the University of Vermont Medical School. He completed his internship at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., and his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Virginia. |

Spiros P. Lazos, MD Dr. Lazos is a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Maine Academy of Family Physicians. He is certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He received a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire and his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. He completed his residency at Maine Dartmouth Family Practice in Augusta before joining Goodall Health Partners in Sanford, Maine in 1998. |

Leonid I. Temkin, MD Dr. Temkin is certified by the American Board of Anesthesia with a specialty in Pain Management. He has special interests in the delivery of Botox treatments, Mesotherapy and Sclerotherapy. He received his medical degree from the I.P. Pavlov First Medical Institute of Russia and completed his residency at the Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. |
